During this course we will systematically work through the entire body.

Lower Body Foundations
This workshop concentrates on our roots or foundation. Work into the feet, ankles, calfs, shins, and thighs. We will use a variety of techniques including balls, blocks, blankets and massage. Expect to feel free in your hamstrings, quads, adductors and abductors.

Pelvis Potential
In the pelvis workshop we will work the mandala of the hips, front, back and sides. Be prepared to find some tight spots and gain release for range of motion and ease in this often tightly bound area.

Courgeous Core
Our core is the centre of our being. We will work into the deep core stabilisers, abdomen and low back. Feel a deep sense of release, improve digestion and release tension.

Shoulder On
This workshop is dedicated to the upper body, the shoulders, arms, neck and head. Expect to feel delightfully at ease and relaxed after working in to the muscles that can often get overworked either through stress. poor posture or overwork.

Please bring 2 tennis balls or Myofascial release balls.
Gabrielle Harris is the author of two best-selling books on yoga, The Language of Yin and The Inspired Yoga Teacher. She has been teaching and training students in Yin yoga and Self Myofascial release for over 15 years. Her style is eclectic, poetic and relevant. Gabrielle is an educator at heart so expect to leave with some gems for your practice and your life.
