A 5-week journey through the body — from grounding to expansion.
Using a combination of myofascial release and yin, we’ll work with simple tools such as balls, blocks, and hands to explore different areas of the body.
Each class offers practical ways to release tension and restore mobility, while also giving you ideas and inspiration for how to weave these techniques into your own classes.
Every session includes a detailed class plan and a short lead-in talk to support your understanding and teaching.
