Hips and Hamstrings

In this hips and hamstrings class, we will investigate deep hip rotators with myofascial release and long-held yin poses to take advantage of that pliancy. We will also do some MYO for the hamstrings and work at creating pliancy in these often tight muscles.

Expect yin, myo, breathwork and poetry and rest. A must for teachers and students to inspired and fuel your work.

Please have a couple of tennis or myo balls, and a block and strap.
