This workshop is designed for those interested in incorporating myofascial release into their yin practice or their life. Myofascial release is a way to work with the body’s fascial system to reduce pain, induce relaxation, until tension and heal the body. Each session will explore a different part of the body temple. Expect to learn many techniqes and more about the fascial system.

Each class begins with a short lecture followed by several technques.

You will need two myofascial release balls/tennis balls.
