The Serpentine Spine

During this class, we will look at exciting variations for compression and tension of the spine. The spine is the structure that holds us up in life. Through backbends, forward bends, and side bends, we will approach the spine with care and appreciation for all the work it does for us. We will use a variety of props including myo balls. You will learn new ways to explore the information highway of our body.
