Session 1
Lower Body The Foundations
This workshop concentrates on our roots or foundation. Work into the feet, ankles, calfs, shins, and thighs. We will use a variety of techniques including balls, blocks, blankets and massage. Expect to feel free in your hamstrings, quads, adductors and abductors.
Session 2
Pelvis Potential
In the pelvis workshop we will work the mandala of the hips, front, back and sides. We will soften any holding in the quads, hip flexors, adductors and abductors. Plus with care we will look at the TFL the little muscle that holds the IT band.
Session 3
Courageous Core
Our core is the centre of our being. We will work into the deep core stabilisers, abdomen and low back. Feel a deep sense of release, improve digestion and release tension.
Session 4
Shoulder On
This workshop is dedicated to the upper body, the shoulders, arms, neck and head. Expect to feel delightfully at ease and relaxed after working in to the muscles that can often get overworked either through stress. poor posture or overwork.
