Myofascial Release for Yin Yoga
MYO+YIN brings together the therapeutic tools of self-myofascial release with the quiet, mindful practice of Yin Yoga. Using balls, blocks, hands, movement and longer-held poses, we explore different ways to work with the body's tissues — encouraging mobility, slide and glide, relaxation and a deeper awareness of the body.
MYO+YIN is where the science of fascia meets the stillness of Yin.
